The Chord Company Limited
We worked closely with Chord Audio to design one of their new components. We produced engineering drawings, 3D renders and 3D printed samples. We now supply CNC machined components that are engraved, anodised and laser etched.
Moorfield Nanotechnology Limited
We supply bespoke stainless steel shields for use in chemical vapour deposition products. As this is laboratory equipment, the parts are finished to an extremely high standard with a flawless mirror finish.
PMT (GB) Limited
We created customised 3D printed mounts from biodegradable polylactic acid, for us in PMT’s air particle counters
Steel Channel Project
We had a request for some bespoke steel channels for a customer’s new outbuilding.
Custom Car Parts
A customer in Oregon, US, asked us to design and create custom parts for his car.
We are now working with his company to produce vacuum formed and plastic injection moulded car parts.
Aluminium Model Aircraft Project
A customer had a wooden model aircraft that he wanted to replicate in aluminium. This project involved modelling each aerofoil section individually to create a stunning copy of the original aircraft.
